Chalet Illimani in St Anton was recently completed in 2009 and is a stunning family retreat which combines traditional Tyrolian craftsmanship with elegance and a relaxing atmosphere. This exclusive chalet has everything you could desire in a modern luxury family chalet, while still retaining the look and feel of a charming Tyrolian home.

This luxury chalet is located at the edge of a forest in a quiet sunny spot facing the Hohe Riffler glacier and overlooking the picturesque village of Pettneu am Arlberg. The dedicated driver service will take you to the St. Anton lift stations which is a short 6-8 minute drive. The village also has its own small ski area, ideal for children and beginners, which is a short walk from the chalet. Set over 4 floors and approximately 400 sq. metres of living space, the chalet comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 4 children, and has a further staff bedroom for a nanny.

The spacious and elegant entrance hall with hand-made terra cotta tiles leads through double wood doors to the drawing room where a grand open fireplace is the focal point. It is furnished with aged leather chairs, antique Austrian hand painted furniture, Moroccan light fittings and a library. The open plan kitchen and dining area is designed as a traditional Austrian Stube comfortably seating 12-14. It has its own wood stove with a resting place on top which keeps you warm and cosy after a cold day skiing. Also on this floor is a guest toilet and TV room/study. On the first floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and high exposed old wood beam ceilings, a feature throughout the chalet. The first of the doubles has its own fire place and a walk in wardrobe and both have access to the large balcony. There is a further double bedroom on this floor and the children's room with 4 singles (2 bunk beds). The kids room has ample space and plenty of toys to keep the children happy. These two bedrooms share a large family bathroom across the hall with stunning Italian mosaic tiling.

The top floor is dedicated to the impressive master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. With its own private balcony, this is the perfect place to enjoy the stunning views across the Arlberg valley and its snow capped peaks.

Situated on the lower ground floor is the chalet spa, with everything you need to ease aches and pains after a demanding day on the slopes. There is a sauna comfortably seating [8], a cold water bucket shower and a relaxation area with large flat screen TV and drinks and fruits. Also located on the floor is the games room with table tennis. A separate external entrance down to this floor leads to the heated ski room, with boot warming racks and storage for coats, hats and gloves.

The garage has space for one car and there are two further parking spaces outside.< /p>
